I give you individually tailored programmes to enhance your immune or digestive wellbeing. You will get dietary, lifestyle, digestion and stress analysis and a detailed case history will be taken. This will form the basis for designing your personalised programme, adjusted to fit in with your work, life or family commitments.
Even though your food choices are crucial, your health is not just about food. Your life events, stress levels, exercise habits and sleep routines are relevant. Many clients need some coaching from me regarding exercise habits and how to reduce stress/anxiety or how to get a better night’s sleep.
Your one-to-one nutritional consultations take place at my office in Dublin 16 or via Zoom. The first session lasts about an hour. Any follow up sessions last between 45 minutes and an hour. Longer consultations are possible on a pro rata basis. A guardian must accompany any children under 18 years of age
