One-to-One Coaching

I give you the knowledge to help you on your health journey.  Knowledge is power but structure and support are just as important.  You get all three.  Before your visit, working from your intake forms, I assess your nutrition, lifestyle, digestion and stress.   Together these help in designing your personalised programme  that fits in with work and life commitments.  I may recommend  lab tests.  This helps truly personalise your plan to be more effective.

Your health is not just about food.  Your life events, stress levels, exercise and sleep habits all count.  I help clients with how to improve their resilience to stress, get a better night’s sleep and how to turn around negative thoughts, beliefs or conditioning that’s holding you back from 100% health.

Your one-to-one with me is in my beautiful home office Dublin 16 or via Zoom. The first session lasts up to 1.5 hours.  Follow up sessions are shorter: 30 to 60 minutes depending on package.  Longer consultations are possible on a pro-rata basis.  A guardian must accompany any children under 18 years of age.
